Refund/Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the item.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. 

2. Return Process:

  • Approval Required: Before initiating a return, you must contact us to obtain approval. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the full value of the item.

3. Refund Process:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for eligible returns. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Exclusions:

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges or cancellation.

  • Final Sale Items or Promotions: Items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges as well as promotion items.

7. Insurance

We strongly encourage you to consider adding ROUTE protection to your order, this means your order will be insured in case it gets lost, damaged, stolen or not delivered. 

If you decide to deactivate the ROUTE protection from your cart ATTICA JEWELS will not be responsible for any lost, damage, stolen or not delivered order and will not issue a replacement order or refund.
